These Terms of Use apply to lusso-fabrics.com: the public website and the trade portal. Lusso Fabrics is operated by Quinta del Hilo LLC, a company of Quinta del Hilo Group, based in San Diego, California ("Lusso Fabrics", "we", "us"). By using the website or the portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

A source for professionals

Lusso Fabrics supplies interior designers, architects, fashion designers and brands in the United States. Access to the trade portal is by request and approval: we review each request and may decline it.

Prices are not published on the public website. They are available in the portal once an account is approved, and they may vary by project, volume and commercial relationship.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for the activity under your account. Tell us at once if you believe someone has used it without your permission.

We may suspend or close access to the portal, for example if these terms are not followed or an account is no longer active.

Colors, photographs and samples

Linen is a natural fiber, and colors on a screen depend on the device and its settings. The color and texture of a fabric may therefore differ from what you see on the website or in the portal. Physical samples are available for this reason, and we recommend reviewing one before you specify or order a fabric.

Quotes and orders

A quote is not binding until we confirm it in writing, and it is valid only until the date shown on it, when one is shown.

Before you place an order in the portal, the portal shows its prices, taxes and shipping, and the way it will be paid. Placing an order means you accept these terms.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, logos and other materials on the website and in the portal, and the Lusso Fabrics name and brand, belong to Lusso Fabrics or to the people who license them to us. You may not copy, publish or use them without our written permission, except as described below.

Editors and writers may use the logos and images on our Press page for editorial coverage of Lusso Fabrics, with the credit "Courtesy of Lusso Fabrics". For any other use, please contact us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • collect content or data from the website or the portal by automated means, such as scraping or bots;
  • share, sell or transfer your access to the portal, or resell the information in it;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the website or the portal, or get around their security;
  • use the website or the portal for any unlawful purpose.

Links to other websites

The website links to other websites, such as social media pages. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.

The website and the portal are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about them, express or implied, including that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the website or the portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
